Ordering, payment and delivery
The Magic of Crystal
To place an order please e-mail us with the codes of the product you are wishing to purchase. On receipt of your order we will invoice you within 48hrs with a total price, including carriage and insurance.
Please send full payment on receipt of invoice and once payment has been received your order will be confirmed.
We can accept payment by Cash, Cheque (for Kuwaiti customers) and by Credit Card.
International customers can transfer monies into our bank account, full details of our bank account, including IBAN codes will be provided along with the invoice.
On your delivery arriving at our premises in Kuwait, we will check all the parts and forward them with our secure courier service to your home address or with our technicians. For shipment out of Kuwait, The Spectrum Crystal Chandelier will monitor the progress of your chandeliers transport, and on normal delivery it should be with you between 4-7 days of dispatch from our warehouse.
Assembly & Fitting
All our Crystal Chandeliers come with full instructions for assembly however if you wish we can provide this service for you. The chandelier can be assembled in our shop premises and then transported to your home, however for the larger chandeliers it is preferable to assemble the drops and chains whilst the chandelier is hanging in the desired position in your home. We will be happy to quote you for this service.
Electrical Fitting Service
We can recommend a fully qualified and insured electrician who will be happy to call and give you a quote for any electrical work required. Prices for this service will vary depending on the individual work required.
